Below the written description.

Account Statement

This document displays the current status of your Binance account.

To download it, follow this procedure:

  1. Click on Wallet in the top right corner.

  2. Now, click on Account Statements.

  3. On the new page, in the top right corner, you will see the Export button.

  4. In the pop-up window called Export Account Statement, select:

    1. Export Type, choose PDF from the dropdown menu.

    2. Export Range, check the option Expand all position data.

    3. Enter the email address to receive the document and press the Add button.

    4. For File password, enter a password to encrypt the document.

Downloading CSV #1: Transaction History

  1. Click on Wallet in the upper right corner.

  2. From the dropdown menu, select Transaction History.

  3. In the upper right corner, click on the Export Transaction History button.

  4. From the dropdown menu, select the desired time period.

Downloading CSV #2: Trade History

  1. Go to Orders in the upper right corner, next to the profile icon.

  2. From the dropdown menu, select the option Purchase/Sale History.

  3. In the new screen, on the left, you will find the Spot Order section.

  4. Click on the dropdown menu and select the Trade History option.

  5. In the upper right corner, you will find the Export button.

Please note: You can download a report for a maximum of 12 months, so you'll need to generate a report for each year you have used Binance.

In the pop-up window, select a period of more than 6 months - customize.

Choose a period that spans from January 1st to December 31st for each reference year, and then click Export.

It may take up to 3 hours to obtain a report.

After the necessary time has passed, you can find the report to download on the same screen (by following the same process again).

Click Download to get the CSV file of the report to send.

Repeat this process for each year.

Downloading CSV #3: Conversion History

This report is necessary only if you have used the Binance Convert service.

You can export time periods of up to 90 days. If you haven't kept track of when you used the service, it may take some time to locate the transactions.

  1. In the upper right corner, next to the profile icon, go to Orders

  2. From the dropdown menu, select the option Conversion History.

  3. Choose the period in which the transactions are present and click Export.

  4. (Repeat this process for each quarter in which you used the service.)

Please note: The conversion history is provided in Excel format and needs to be converted and saved into Csv format in order to be accepted by the software.

Downloading CSV #4: Margin Trade History

Binance does not provide data for the Margin Wallet.

If you have used the margin trading service, you need to download reports for that wallet.

You can find your Margin Trade history on this page after logging in to Binance.

Downloading CSV #5: Third-Party Wallet Transfers

Binance does not provide data for transactions to third-party wallets within Binance.

If you have executed this type of transaction, you will need to download the relevant reports.

You can generate them at this link:
