In this article, you'll find all the information you need to import your transactions from Pionex to CryptoBooks via CSV.

🚨 Monthly Limit on Transaction History Requests

Please be aware that, due to current limitations set by Pionex, each user is allowed to generate a transaction history file up to three times per month.

Once your request is submitted, the download link will be generated within 24 hours and will remain valid for 7 days. Make sure to download your file within this window, as expired links cannot be regenerated before the monthly limit resets.


How to download the Pionex CSV file

Follow these steps to download a CSV file from Pionex:

  1. login into your Pionex account and click the avatar icon in the upper right corner

  2. select Dashboard from the dropdown menu

  3. now, click on Transaction History from the menu on the left

  4. select the time range for which you want to export the report, click the Submit button, then click OK to confirm

  5. you will receive an email or SMS notification when the report starts to be generated and when it is completed

  6. click the Download button to start downloading your transaction history

The downloaded file will be a ZIP archive containing several CSV files, including those you’ll need to upload to Cryptobooks.

Make sure to extract the ZIP file and upload only the required CSV files, as detailed in the final part of this guide.

Please note that you must upload all of the following CSV files to correctly account for your transactions from Pionex:

  • deposit-withdraw.csv

  • dust-collector.csv

  • staking.csv

  • structured-products.csv

  • trading.csv
