Connect MexC to CryptoBooks via CSV file

Learn how to download the csv file from MexC and import it on CryptoBooks.

Follow these simple instructions to download the csv files from your MexC account.

The csv files needed to create your MexC connection are the following:

  • Deposits

  • Withdrawals

  • Spot Trades (Transaction History CSV file)

  • Small Asset Conversions

IMPORTANT: all the csv files must be downloaded in English.

Make sure English is set as your account language before requesting your files.

WARNING: MexC allows downloading CSV files with a history of up to 180 days. To obtain transaction files for earlier periods, please contact the exchange’s support.

Deposits & Withdrawals

  1. On MexC click on wallets in the upper right corner

  2. From the drop-down menu, select Transaction History.

  3. Select Export

  4. Under type, select Deposit.

  5. Select a date range covering your entire period of activity on the exchange.

    (Note: each file can contain up to 12 months of data, therefore multiple downloads might be needed to export your entire transaction history).

  6. Leave the encrypted file box unchecked.

  7. Select generate.

  8. Select confirm.

  9. When the report is ready, select download.

  10. Now change the type to Withdrawals (step 4 of this guide) and repeat the process in order to export your withdrawal history

Spot Trades (Transaction History CSV file)

  1. In the upper right corner, select orders.

  2. From the drop-down menu, select Spot orders.

  3. Select the Trade History tab.

  4. Select Export

  5. Under trading pair, select all.

  6. Under side, select all.

  7. Select a date range covering your entire period of activity on the exchange.

    (Note: each file can contain up to 12 months of data, therefore multiple downloads might be needed to export your entire transaction history).

  8. Select generate.

  9. Select confirm.

  10. When the report is ready, select download.

Small Asset Conversions

  1. In the upper right corner, click on wallets.

  2. Select Spot from the drop-down menu.

  3. Next click on Spot Statement.

  4. Click on Small Asset MX Conversion.

  5. Click on Export.

  6. Leave All as selection in the drop-down menu for the fields Crypto and Direction

  7. Select a date range covering your entire period of activity on the exchange.

    (Note: each file can contain up to 180 days of data, therefore multiple downloads might be needed to export your entire transaction history).

  8. Lastly click on Generate.
