How to create API credentials on KuCoin
Follow these simple steps to connect your KuCoin account to our software and import all your transactions into your CryptoBooks profile:
on KuCoin click on the profile icon at the top right corner of your screen
click on API Management
click on Create API
in the API creation window give a name of your choice to the key and set a passphrase to protect your API (save it because you will need it later)
scroll down and tick the No box for IP Restrictions and select Permanent from the drop-down menu
now press Next and tick the box I'm not a robot
complete the security procedure required by the exchange (trading password, email verification code e 2FA code) and press Confirm
remember to copy and store your secret key in a safe place because you will not be able to retrieve it anymore
How to insert API credentials on CryptoBooks
Follow these steps to easily connect KuCoin to CryptoBooks via API
login into your CryptoBooks account and from the menu, select Connections
click on the Add Connection button in the upper right corner
click on the KuCoin Icon, you can use the Exchange API filter or type "KuCoin" in the Search Bar to find it easily
choose a Name for your connection

enter the API key and the API secret you copied from KuCoin
finally click on the Create Connection button in the upper right corner of the page
the sync between KuCoin and your CryptoBooks account will begin!
