Scheduling and cancelling support calls

Learn how to manage your support call bookings.

Read this brief guide to discover how to schedule or cancel your appointments.

  1. Go to Your Account in the upper right corner

  2. In the dropdown menu, click on Account and Profile Management

  3. On the new page, click on Assistance in the top menu

  4. Scroll down to Your Reservations and press the Show button

  5. You will now see the following information:

    1. Date/Time: shows the date and time of the booking

    2. Duration: 30 or 60 minutes

    3. Link for the call: Join call, clickable to access the call

    4. Reschedule button: by pressing it, you will be able to change the date/time of the booking by viewing the calendar as shown in the image below.

    5. Delete button: by pressing it, you will be able to cancel the booking.

      After pressing the delete button, a confirmation message will appear as shown below.

      In case of cancellation with more than 2 hours notice, the unused time will be credited back, and it will be possible to reschedule for a later date.

      In case of cancellation less than 2 hours before the scheduled call time, no refund will be provided, and the modal shown in the image will appear.
