Scheduling and cancelling support calls

Learn how to rischedule or cancel your support call bookings.

In case you'd need to cancel a previously booked call, or simply to reschedule it to a date/time that better fits your needs, the following article explains how to proceed.


How to reschedule or cancel a call

Follow these simple instructions to rischedule or cancel your video calls:

  1. login into CryprtoBooks and click on Services from the main menu on the left

  2. go to the Bookings section, click on the Reschedule button to change date/time of the call or on the bin icon to cancel it

  3. rescheduling the call will take you to the calendar to set a new booking

    pick a date and confirm the time from the calendar, then click on Next

  4. lastly confirm your name and email, tick the boxes to accept the cancellation and refund terms and finally click on the Update event button

  5. if clicking on the bin icon (step 2) a modal to confirm the action will appear

  6. the booking will be deleted and the minutes will be refunded in your account, as long ad the cancellation happened with a minimum of 2 hours’ notice as per cancellation terms shown above
