Read this brief guide to learn how to manage and organize the downloaded reports.
The requested reports will be saved and stored on the Reports page, which allows you to view the following information:
tabs divided by report type
Report: indicates the type of report requested
Date: indicates the date the report was requested
Period: indicates the period to which the report refers
Status: indicates the status of the report (sent, in processing, error)
Format: indicates the file format (PDF or CSV)
The actions that can be performed from this table are:
Delete one or more reports
Select the checkboxes for the desired reports and press the Delete button.
Archive one or more reports
Select the checkboxes for the desired reports and press the Archive button.
Download one or more reports
Select the checkboxes for the desired reports and press the Download button.
Note: Only reports with the status "Sent" can be downloaded.
To download a single report, you can also click the icon depicting a black downward arrow (option available only for reports with the status Sent).
