Go to Your account at the top right of your screen

From the dropdown menu click on Account and profile management

In the enew page click on Assistance from the menu at the top

Now click on See options

You will see a modal that allows you to select either a single call or a package as you prefer

Once you made your selection press the Add (n.)h of premium assistance button

You will be directed to the cart, where you can complete the payment.
