Learn how to read the information displayed in the Assistance section of your account.

Read this brief guide to manage and understand all the information shown in the Assistance section of your account.

  1. Go to Your Account in the upper right corner

  2. In the dropdown menu, click on Account and Profile Management.

  3. On the new page, click on Assistance in the top menu.

  4. You will see a banner displaying the following information:

    1. hours/minutes of calls purchased

    2. booking in progress

  5. Just below, there is a banner that allows you to view the available options to add support hours to your account by pressing the View Options button.

  6. Scrolling further down, you will see the following information:

    1. Your reservation

    2. Past support sessions

    3. Purchase history

    4. Freqeuntly asked questions

      You can always contact us via email (customer.support@cryptobooks.tax) or through the chat. These services are free and included in the subscription.

      The purchased call hours can only be refunded within the 14-day withdrawal period and only if none of the purchased hours have been used. Therefore, if your plan is about to expire and you have canceled the automatic renewal, make sure to use the remaining hours before it’s too late.

      You have the usual 14-day right of withdrawal from the purchase. However, please note that if you book at least one call, the service is considered already used. In that case, you lose the right of withdrawal, even if 14 days have not yet passed.
