Managing the support call page

Learn how to read and manage the information displayed in the video call section of your account

Whenever you want to check the status of your purchases, bookings, or the history of your support sessions by video call, you can access the dedicated page in your account.


How to view and manage the information presented

Follow these simple instructions to manage your video calls:

  1. log in to CryptoBooks and click on Services in the main menu on the left side

  2. on the new screen, click the View details button

  3. first, you will see the available credit (if any) and the View options button to buy minutes.

  4. the next section shows the Reservations of scheduled calls. Here you can check:

    • the date and time of the call,

    • the duration of the call,

    • the link to access the call,

    • the Reschedule button, if you want to change your booking,

    • the Delete button, to cancel the booking.

  5. just below you will find the Previous support calls section, where you can see the date/time, duration, and status of each call

  6. next, you have the Purchase history section, which shows the date/time of the purchase, the type of call purchased, the price, and the payment method used

  7. finally, the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section, where you can find answers to the most common questions. Click the + icon to expand the question and read the respective answer.
