Follow these quick instructions to book a previously purchased call.
Go to Your account at the top right
From the dropdown menu click on Account and profile management
In the new page click on Assistance from the menu at the top
Right below click on Book a call
Choose the call duration between the two options (30 or 60 minutes)
Pick a date from the available ones in the calendar
Choose a time and press the Next button
Fill out all the mandatory fileds and accept the Terms&Condition by selecting all the boxes
Lastly, click on Schedule Event
