How to proceed using the chat

  1. login into CryptoBooks and click on the chat icon at the bottom right

  2. click on Send us a message

  3. select the language in which you would like to receive support

  4. proceed by choosing a topic

  5. continue navigating the available options

  6. the initial interaction will be with AI tools

  7. then click on Chat with us

  8. finally type your message in the box

  9. if the AI tools won't solve your issue ask to speak to a human

  10. our customer suppoort team will get back as soon as possible


Customer support working hours

  • CryptoBooks support is active Monday to Friday

  • 9am - 1pm and 2pm - 6pm

  • support is inactive on weekends and public holidays


Expected response time

Our support team will reply as soon as possible depending on the amount of requests to manage.

In any case we guarantee a reply within 24 hours.
