Identify all the chains you’ve used with Ledger
Before starting the connection, it’s important to identify which blockchains you’ve interacted with through your Ledger device.

for each account, verify which blockchain it belongs to (e.g., Ethereum, Bitcoin, Polygon, etc.)
make a note of all the chains where you’ve made transactions, even small ones
