What is the email linked to your account?
Both to initially create an account and to access it later, you must set a valid email address.
This, along with the password you set, are your account login credentials.
What is used for?
The email address associated with your account is used for the following activities:
access your CryptoBooks account
receive the tax reports requested for your account
receive our communications on product developments, tax updates, and promotions
How to request the change
Changing your email address can only be done by customer support and cannot be done independently by the user.
For this reason, you must submit the request through one of our channels:
send your request usign the chat available in the software, asking to talk to a human agent
send your request by writing us a mail to: customer.support@cryptobooks.tax
In the request, it is important to specify the email address currently in use and the one you wish to switch to.
Our support team will process your request and send you confirmation of the change once completed.
