CSV files to upload
To connect Crypto.com (desktop version) to CryptoBooks, you’ll need two types of CSV files:
Monthly statements: These contain all transactions made on the platform.
Crypto wallet CSV: This file includes all transfers between the desktop exchange and the mobile app, both incoming and outgoing.
How to download monthly statements
These CSV files can be downloaded from the desktop version of the exchange. To download them, log in to your Crypto.com Exchange account.
Go to the “Orders” page.
Select the “Transactions” tab.
Click on “Account Statements.” Here you’ll find statements only for the months in which you made transactions.
Select all files by clicking the box at the top of the table.
Click “Download selected.”
If your list has multiple pages, repeat steps 4 and 5 for each page.
How to download the Crypto wallet CSV from the app
This CSV can be downloaded from the app version of the exchange. To download it, log in to your Crypto.com App account.
Open the app and tap “Accounts” in the bottom menu.
Tap the clock icon at the top right (transaction history).
Tap the icon with a square and an upward arrow (export).
On the export page, under “Transaction,” select “Crypto Wallet” to download.
Importing CSV files into CryptoBooks
Go back to CryptoBooks and open the “Connections” page.
Click “Add Connection.”
Select the Crypto.com icon (you can use the “Exchange CSV” filter or type the name).
Give your connection a name, choose the default category, and click “Next step.”
Click “Choose file” and upload the first file from your computer.
Click “Upload file and import transactions.”
Repeat for all files you’ve downloaded using “New Import.”
Done! The synchronization between Crypto.com and CryptoBooks has started.
