How to manage your reports
When accessing the reports page, users will visualize the list of all the reports requested from their account as shown in the image below.
Clicking on the Filters button allows to select only the type(s) of report the user want to see in the list
In the new screen users can make their selection, then click on Apply
Delete, archive or download a single report
Here are displayed the options users have to delete, archive or download a report.
Clicking on the three dots at the right end, users can download, archive or delete the selected report.
Download will save the document on your computer
Archive wil keep the report saved in account but it won't show in the main list
Delete will remove permanently the document from the account
Delete, archive or download multiple reports at once
Here the same actions as above are displayed, but applicable to multiple reports.
This feature is useful for users with a long list of documents in account.
First select the reports of your interest by ticking the boxes
Then click on the button referred to the action you want to perform (delete, archive or download).

Here users can find all the documents archived.
Same as above, it's possible to download or delete a report from this page as well, on top of restoring the document by clicking on Unarchive.
