The Activity History Page allows you to view all actions performed within your CryptoBooks account in a clear and transparent way.
It’s the ideal tool to track updates, system events, and AI-driven automatic corrections, giving you full control over your activity history.
What is the Activity History Page
The Activity History Page displays a chronological list of all actions performed on your account, both manually and automatically.
Each line represents a specific event, such as:
edits made to connections or transaction data
automatic fixes applied by AI to correct inconsistencies or missing data
system updates or improvements to the application
imports, synchronizations, or deletions of data

The listed activities are generated in real time, allowing you to monitor what happens in your account at any moment.
What activities are
Activities are log entries recording actions performed by the user or the system. Each entry includes:
date and time of the action
type of operation (for example: AI resolution, connection sync, manual edit)
status of the operation (success, in progress, or error)
any additional details, such as the asset or connection involved

If you use automatic error resolution through AI, each correction will be registered in this section, allowing you to verify it later.
How to access the page
To access the Activity History Page:
login into your CryptoBooks account and from the main menu on the left, click on Alerts
click on Activity History at the top right
Once opened, you can filter the results by date, activity type, or status to easily find the information you need.
How to download the activity report
To export your history in a downloadable format:
open the Activity History Page
click the Export button at the top right
select activities, digit your email and confirm the download by clicking on Request
The file will include all visible activities based on the filters applied.

review past actions: check manual edits or actions performed by your team
monitor automatic corrections: track interventions performed by AI when it’s set as the resolution method
