How to use the Filters transaction button

Learn how to filter your transaction list to ease and speed up your searches.

To find a specific transaction, or a list of transactions, you can simplify and speed up the search by using the available filters.

This feature is especially useful for accounts with thousands of transactions.

This article explains how to use them.


How to use the filters

Read this quick guide to learn how to use the transaction filters:

  1. click on Transactions in the main menu on the left

  2. in the new page, click on the Filters button, located at the top right

  3. at the top of the side panel, the main filtering parameters are displayed


Kind & Category

This filters allow you to select transactions based on the following parameters:

  • transaction kind (incoming, outgoing, trade)

  • fix transactions (transactions added to solve errors such as differences)

  • total taxable transactions (choose to visualize all transactions or just the ones excluded from capital gain calculation)

  • spam and fraud (transactions of spam or fraudulent tokens)

  • specify category, select one or more available categories, to visualize only transactions labeled with the selected categories


Token

This filters allow you to select transactions based on the token involved:

you can search the tokens by digiting the name/symbol in the search box or simply ticking the related box


Connection

This filters allow to look for specific connections based on the following parameters:

  • Connection type, search for connections splitting them in wallets, exchanges, blockchains or custom made

  • Connection method, search for connections based on the method used to create them between API, CSV or manual

  • Specific connection, select a specific connection from the list by ticking the box next to its name


Period

This filter allows you to look for a desidered time range, by selecting Custom period you can set your start (from) and end (to) date usign the provided calendar


Amount

This filter allows you to see only transactions within a certain range of amount, which you can set according to your needs. You can both use the fiat value or token quantity, by clicking the desidered option from the dropdown menu
