How to create API credentials on Gemini
on Gemini click on the profile icon at the top right corner of your screen
click on Settings
click on API from the menu shown on the left side of your screen
click on Create API key
complete the authentication process required by the exchange
in the API keys window select Primary
in the new window you will see the following:
API key name
API key
API secret
a message prompting you to copy and store the secret API key in a safe place, as you will not be able to retrieve it again (make sure to copy both API keys)
tick the box labeled Auditor, which grants read-only access
tick the API secret acknowledgment checkbox
then click on Create API key
How to insert API credentials on CryptoBooks
Follow these steps to easily connect Gemini to CryptoBooks via API
login in to your CryptoBooks account and from the menu, select Connections
click the Add Connection button in the upper right corner
click on the Gemini Icon, you can use the Exchange API filter or type "Gemini" in the Search Bar to find it easily
choose a Name for your connection

enter the API key and the API secret you copied from Gemini
finally click the Create Connection button in the upper right corner of the page
the sync between Gemini and your CryptoBooks account will begin!
