In this article, you'll find all the information you need to connect Crypto.com (desktop version) to CryptoBooks and import the transactions you made on your exchange via CSV.
What to Upload
To connect Crypto.com (desktop version) to CryptoBooks, you’ll need three types of CSV files:
Monthly statements: These contain all transactions made on the platform.
Spot trade orders: This file contains all the trades made on the platform.
Crypto wallet CSV: This file includes all transfers between the desktop exchange and the mobile app, both incoming and outgoing.
How to download monthly statements
These CSV files can be downloaded from the desktop version of the exchange. To download them, log in to your Crypto.com Exchange account and follow these steps:
go to the Orders page
select the Transactions tab
click on Account Statements. Here you’ll find statements only for the months in which you made transactions
select all files by clicking the box at the top of the table
click Download selected
if your list has multiple pages, repeat steps 4 and 5 for each page
How to download the Spot trade orders CSV
These CSV files can be downloaded from the desktop version of the exchange. To download them, log in to your Crypto.com Exchange account and follow these steps:
go to the Orders page
select the Trade history tab
set your desidered date
lastly, click on the Export button
How to download the Crypto wallet CSV from the app
This CSV can be downloaded only from the App version of the exchange. To download it, log in to your Crypto.com App account. and follow these steps:
open the app and tap Accounts in the bottom menu.
tap the clock icon at the top right (Transaction history).
tap the icon with a square and an upward arrow (export).
on the export page, under Transaction, select Crypto Wallet to download.
Import your first CSV file into CryptoBooks
Follow these steps to create your connection to Crypto.com and import your first CSV:
login into your CryptoBooks account and from the menu, select Connections
click on the Add Connection button in the upper right corner
click on the Crypto.com Icon, you can use the Exchange filter or type Crypto.com in the Search Bar to find it easily
choose a Name for your connection
if you are a resident in Portugal or Spain, you'll be asked to choose the nationality of the intermediary. To know more, check this guide
select the first file you want to import
click on the Create Connection button in the upper right corner of the page
the import of the transactions from your CSV will begin!
Import additional CSV files into the Crypto.com connection
In the previous section of this article, you created the connection by importing the first CSV file. In this section, you’ll see how to import additional CSV files into the same connection:
login into your CryptoBooks account and from the menu, select Connections
find the Crypto.com line and click on the 3 dots to open the dropdown menu
click on the Add new CSV option
select the file you want to import
click on the Save edits button in the upper right corner of the page
the import of the transactions from your CSV will begin! Click Continue and repeat from step 4 for each additional CSV you want to import
