If you cannot find a connection to a specific platform or blockchain within the software, you can use a dedicated tool we have created to send us your request.
This tool allows users to suggest new connection requests.
This enables us to prioritise the most highly rated ideas, ensuring we focus on what matters most to our community and to the growth of our product.
How to access the tool
Read these brief instructions to find out how to send us your suggestion.
Click on Help from the main menu on the left
In the new page you can choose the desired option according to your needs:
click on Browse guides to access our knowledge base and read all the articles
click on Suggest a connection to request the addition of a blockchain/exchange
Can't find a connection?
By clicking on Suggest a connection, you will be taken to a Typeform where you can submit your request.
Start by entering the email address linked to your CryptoBooks account, then select the type of connection (crypto, traditional finance or both), enter a name for it and add any comments that might help us understand your request.
Finally, click the Submit button.
Your request will be submitted and other users will be able to see it and vote for it.
