Follow this procedure if you want to move to a cheaper plan with less features.
Go to Your Account at the top right corner of your screen
Click on Account and profile management
Click on Subscription from the menu on the top, then click on Change plan.
Now you will see all the available downgrade options
Choose your new plan from the available ones
The downgrade will take place at the end of your current one
Important: in case you are coming from the Family plan with active multiple profiles, at the date of downgrade we will ask you which profile you want to keep and proceed with the deletion of all the others.
