Follow this procedure if you want to move to a superior plan that fits your needs better.
Go to Your Account at the top right corner of your screen
Click on Account and profile management
Click on Subscription from the menu on the top, then click on Change plan.
Now you will see all the available upgrade options
Choose your plan and complete the payment
Important: the due amount at checkout is calculated based on the residual credit in relation to the period used during your previous plan.
Example:
a user buys the Trader plan for 249£ on 1/01/2023
decides to upgrade to Family plan on 30/04/2023
we will deduct the amount for the period of usage (4 months out of 12 therefore 33% of 249£, total 83£, residual credit 249-83=166)
new plan costs 399£ from which we will subtract the 166£ of residual credit of your initial plan
amount paid for the upgrade 233£
