open the Ledger Live app

click on accounts on the left-side menu, then click on the token you want the address

on the new screen, click on the wrench icon at the upper right corner

click on Advanced to see the xpub address right below

copy it manually without quotation marks (copy from the letter "x" to the last letter before the quotation marks)

for other tokens such as Ethereum, you can click on the receive button instead of the wrench icon at step 3 and copy the address you see after
