It’s the ideal solution for those who don’t have the time or desire to handle it themselves, or for those with particularly complex accounting due to a high volume of transactions, wallets, and platforms used.
ℹ️ The crypto accounting service is only available as a subscription included in the Human Plans and can't be purchased separately.
What do you get?
With this service, a crypto accounting expert will manage the entire process, from connecting transaction sources to generating the final tax reports:
connecting wallets and exchanges to your CryptoBooks account
converting unsupported CSV files into a compatible format
managing differences, missing prices, negative balance, transfers, and special cases
analyzing transactions to identify errors or inconsistencies
generating tax reports to be delivered to your accountant or used independently for filing your tax return
How does the service work?
Schedule your first call
After the purchase of the CryptoBooks Human plan you'll receive an email from one of our Crypto Accounting experts with the link to book your first call. During this call you'll be able to explain your crypto activities and plan your Crypto Accounting.
Collecting documentation
Consultations are carried out through one-on-one video calls with one of our analysts. We’ll guide you step-by-step in collecting and preparing all the necessary documentation.
Processing the accounting
A crypto accounting expert will import your transactions, resolve any technical issues or discrepancies, and analyze all operations to ensure consistent and compliant reporting.
Final call with delivery of tax report
Once the analysis is complete, your tax report will be delivered during a dedicated video call. You’ll have the chance to approve it or highlight any inconsistencies. If any issues are confirmed, the expert will perform the necessary checks and make any required corrections before final delivery.
⚠️Crypto Accounting Service limitations
The Crypto Accounting Service can be used just once per year of subscription. Once the reports have been delivered and accepted the accounting is considered closed for the year, and no revision or change will be made by CryptoBooks Crypto Accounting experts.
The service is aimed to provide taxpayers the fiscal reports needed to file their declaration. Compiling and sending the declaration is not included in the service.
