When you can exercise your right of withdrawal
In the event of an accidental purchase or if you subsequently determine that the service is unnecessary or unsuitable, a withdrawal may be requested only under the following conditions:
requests for withdrawal and refund must be submitted to our support team no later than 14 days from the date of payment and activation of the subscription
no reports have been downloaded from your account during the 14-day withdrawal period

Entitled to withdraw: you may request a withdrawal within 14 days of purchase, provided no reports have been downloaded
Not entitled to withdraw: once at least one report has been downloaded, the service is considered fully delivered, and cancellation or refund is no longer possible
Why does downloading reports make withdrawal impossible?
On CryptoBooks, downloading reports is the main function of the service.
Once you download even a single report, the service is considered fully delivered, and your right of withdrawal is forfeited.
As a result, you will no longer be able to request a refund, as stated in our Terms and Conditions.
Excerpt from the Terms and Conditions:
The CLIENT acknowledges and accepts that the use of the tax report download function constitutes an essential and integral part of the service provided by the PROVIDER. The tax report download function is therefore considered an integral part of the main service, and the CLIENT acknowledges that, due to the essential nature of the tax report download function for the effective execution of the main service provided by the PROVIDER, it will not be possible to exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal provided by law if the CLIENT has used the tax report download function, and acknowledges that such withdrawal would cause unfair damage to the PROVIDER.
For this reason, before downloading your first report, you will be asked to confirm that you have read and accepted the following clause: "Downloading a report during the grace period makes it impossible to request a refund as described in the terms and conditions."
