What is the Portfolio Analysis?
The portfolio analysis allows users to view detailed information about their portfolio composition, such as the distribution of tokens across wallets and exchanges, the types of tokens held, and the impact of each source on the overall portfolio.
How to access the Portfolio Analysis
Click on Portfolio from the main menu on the left, then click on Analysis
How to read the displayed data
Token distribution
This section lists all the tokens in the portfolio, showing both the fiat value of each token’s quantity and its percentage weight within the overall portfolio.
By hovering over the chart with your mouse, the tokens with the highest relative weight in the portfolio will be displayed.
For example, the amount of BTC held has a fiat value of €3,492.94 and it makes the 2.20% of the total portfolio.
Economic function & Type

This section is reserved for accounts with Italy set as the country of tax residence. To learn more about what a token’s function and economic type are, read this guide.
Portfolio value by connection
This section displays all wallet and exchange connections in the account, showing the fiat value of each and its percentage weight within the overall portfolio.
By hovering over the chart with your mouse, the connections with the highest relative weight in the portfolio will be displayed.
Blockchain vs exchange
The last section shows the breakdown of the portfolio based on the type of connection created in CryptoBooks, whether from exchanges (API or CSV), blockchains, or manual entries.
