How to download the CSV file from Conio
Follow these steps to download a CSV file from Conio:
open the Conio app and click on Profile
then click on Tax and Reports
lastly click on Receive fiscal report
you will receive your Tax Report directly via email, inside a compressed ZIP folder containing both the document in PDF and CSV format

if you need tax reports from previous years, you can contact Conio via the app's in-app chat or by emailing support@conio.com
