In this article, you'll find all the information you need to import your transactions from YouHodler to CryptoBooks via CSV.


How to download the YouHodler CSV file

Follow these steps to download a CSV file from YouHodler:

  1. login into your YouHodler account

  2. access the support chat

  3. ask for the csv file of your full transaction history

  4. the support team will produce your csv file

  5. you will receive the csv file directly in the support chat


Import your first CSV file into CryptoBooks

Follow these steps to create your connection to YouHodler and import your first CSV:

  1. login into your CryptoBooks account and from the menu, select Connections

  2. click on the Add Connection button in the upper right corner

  3. click on the YouHodler Icon, you can use the Exchange filter or type "YouHodler" in the Search Bar to find it easily

  4. choose a Name for your connection

  5. if you are a resident in Portugal or Spain, you'll be asked to choose the nationality of the intermediary. To know more, check this guide

  6. select the first file you want to import

  7. click on the Create Connection button in the upper right corner of the page

  8. the import of the transactions from your CSV will begin!


Import additional CSV files into the YouHodler connection

In the previous section of this article, you created the connection by importing the first CSV file. In this section, you’ll see how to import additional CSV files into the same connection:

  1. login into your CryptoBooks account and from the menu, select Connections

  2. find the YouHodler line and click on the 3 dots to open the dropdown menu

  3. click on the Add new CSV option

  4. select the file you want to import

  5. click on the Save edits button in the upper right corner of the page

  6. the import of the transactions from your CSV will begin! Click Continue and repeat from step 4 for each additional CSV you want to import
