To learn what transfer transactions are, read the guide at this link

The quickest and most intuitive way to link two transactions as a Transfer manually is to select both by checking the boxes for each on the Transactions page and then pressing the Transfer button.

To discover other possible quick actions from the Transactions page, visit this link:

Another, less quick but possible method is to enter the details of a transaction and change its category to Transfer, then repeat the same operation for both transactions to be paired.

If CryptoBooks detects transactions marked with the Transfer category but cannot find the matching transaction, it will prompt the user to correct the error.

The banner that will be displayed is shown in the image below.

By pressing the Go to Transfers button, a screen like the one in the image below will be displayed.

By pressing the Correct button, a modal will open that allows the user to proceed in various ways.

  • The user can change the transaction category by selecting it from the dropdown menu.

  • By pressing the Choose button, the software will suggest possible transactions to pair.

  • If the transaction to be paired is not present in the list, the user can search for it by entering the transaction ID in the designated search box or press the Pair Transactions button to connect one of the suggested transactions.

By pressing the Add New button, the user can manually enter a transaction if it is not present in the account.
