Follow these simple steps to connect your Gate.io account to our software in order to have all your transactions imported in your CryptoBooks profile.
On Gate.io click on your profile icon
Select API management from the drop down menu
Select APIv4 keys
Select create new API key
Under permissions, check the boxes
spot/margin trade
wallet
account
Select read only for all of them
Select Later in IP Permissions
Select confirm and create
Enter your fund password and complete the two-factor authentication
Copy the API key and the API secret and store them in a safe place
Now go back on CryptoBooks Connections page and click on Add Connection
Click on the Gate.io logo by filtering the list using the Exchange API tab or digit the name in the quick search box
Give a name of your choice to your connection, select the default category and press the Next step button
Insert the keys copied from Gate.io and press Connect exchange
Done! The sync between Gate.io and your CryptoBooks account just started!
