How to create API credentials on KickEx
Follow these simple steps to connect your KickEx account to our software and import all your transactions into your CryptoBooks profile:
login into KickEx and click on your profile icon in the top right corner. Then in the drop-down menu, select Account
click on API Key section
click on Add Key
fill each field with the necessary information:
name
password
permissions (Read-only)
IP limit select No limit
KickEx will show you the two keys created which you will need to copy and store in a safe place because you will not be able to retrieve them anymore

How to insert API credentials on CryptoBooks
Follow these steps to easily connect KickEx to CryptoBooks via API
login into your CryptoBooks account and from the menu, select Connections
click on the Add Connection button in the upper right corner
click on the KickEx Icon, you can use the Exchange API filter or type "KickEx" in the Search Bar to find it easily
choose a Name for your connection
if you are a resident in Portugal or Spain, you'll be asked to choose the nationality of the intermediary. To know more, check this guide
enter the API key, the API secret you copied from KickEx and the password
finally click on the Create Connection button in the upper right corner of the page
the sync between KickEx and your CryptoBooks account will begin!
