CSV connection upload history

Learn how to check the CSV files imported in your connection.

If you want to check which CSV files you've imported within a connection, for example, to make sure you've imported all the necessary ones, or to understand how far back you've imported transaction, you can retrieve this information directly from your CryptoBooks connection.


How to access the CSV upload history

  1. login into your CryptoBooks account and click on Connections from the left-hand menu

  2. find the connection in the list and click on it to open the connection details

  3. in the opened drawer click on History

  4. you will see the list of all CSV files imported indicating the following information:

    1. File name - indcates the name of the CSV file

    2. Import date - indicates the date the file was imported

    3. Imported transactions - indicates the number of transactions imported from the file

    4. Older transactions - indicates the date of the oldest transaction imported

    5. Recent transactions - indicates the date of the most recent transaction imported

    6. Status - indcates the status of the upload

  5. scroll the page to the right to visualize the three dots button and click on it

  6. from the dropdown menu select the desidered option:

    1. Download original CSV allows you to download the file on the pc

    2. Show transactions takes you to the list of transactions imported from the file

    3. Delete import remove the file and all its transactions from the connection
